4月2日,在展会分论坛上,瑞浦兰钧储能系统事业部技术总监郁辰发表《瑞浦兰钧Powtrix?储能系统的安全设计与应用实践》主题演讲,系统分享了公司在储能系统层面的安全理念与技术成果。

郁辰介绍,瑞浦兰钧构建了覆盖电芯、模组、电池簇、储能站四层级的全维度安全评价体系。基于二维矩阵,公司从电气、热/化学、结构、功能四大维度逐项量化安全指标边界,重点关注时间常数、老化后热失控温度等标准外的额外风险,确保安全设计无死角。
在系统创新设计方面,Powtrix?储能系统采用全并联流道设计,大幅提高电芯温度一致性。同时,系统通过“三隔离一排放”(热隔离、液体隔离、采样组件隔离及定向排放)构建多重被动安全屏障。此外,系统配备多重热失控探测与外短路自检测功能,可自动识别外部短路风险,实现更早、更准的异常预警。
Powtrix?储能系统不仅完成了UL9540A测试,更于2025年6月顺利通过CSA/ANSI C800极端安全测试。在双侧极限间距10cm、移除消防药剂、全电量满配满充及千度炙烤的极端工况下,系统被动安全能力得到充分验证。
目前,瑞浦兰钧储能产品已广泛应用于全球源网侧、工商业、光储充等多元场景,累计交付项目覆盖中国、美国、澳大利亚、印度尼西亚、比利时等多个国家和地区。

REPT BATTERO at ESIE 2026: Wending? 588Ah Cell Sets New Standard for Long-Duration Energy Storage

On April 1, 2026, REPT BATTERO, a global leader in smart energy storage, showcased its full-stack self-developed battery technologies and all-scenario solutions at the 14th Energy Storage International Summit & Exhibition (ESIE 2026) in Beijing. The company held two key events: a technology seminar for its new Wending? 588Ah cell and the launch of its 2025 ESG achievements and REPT sustainability strategy, highlighting its leadership in both innovation and sustainable development.
According to REPT BATTERO’s market insights, global energy storage installations reached approximately 270GWh in 2025, with strong growth across China, the U.S., Europe and emerging markets. Large-scale energy storage accounted for 87% of total installations, becoming the dominant segment. The industry is rapidly moving toward grid-forming systems, long-duration storage.
Against this backdrop, REPT BATTERO’s Wending? 588Ah cell sets a new industry benchmark to fulfill the demands of global customers. Defined by three core strengths—High Energy, Long Duration and High Efficiency—it achieves over 10,000 cycles, and supports a system service life of 25–30 years. At a 0.25P discharge rate, it reaches an exceptional 96.5% energy efficiency and cuts the number of system-integrated cells by 40%–50%. Up until now, cumulative shipments of Wending? batteries have topped 30GWh with zero quality defects recorded. Global mass delivery of 588Ah will officially start in June 2026.
REPT BATTERO’s CTO also presented Powtrix? technology at ESIE2026, showcasing a 4-tier safety framework for cells, modules, clusters, and stations. Highlights include parallel flow channels for temperature consistency and advanced thermal runaway detection. Powtrix? proudly holds UL9540A & CSA/ANSI C800 certifications, validated under extreme conditions. It has been deployed globally across grid, C&I, and solar-storage projects.
Besides sharing valuable technology insights, REPT also presented its sustainability strategy at the event. Built around the pillars of Reliable, Environmental, Pioneering, and Talent, the company achieved remarkable progress in 2025: earning three National Green Factory certifications; raising renewable energy usage to 21.32%; reducing carbon intensity by 39.53% year-on-year; delivering outstanding quality with a 1PPM cell after-sales rate and a 94.54 customer satisfaction score.
